About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in advancing Cisco’s cutting-edge ASIC technology.
  • Lead the ATE test bring-up process.
  • Collaborate with talented teams to develop, refine, and release test programs for production.
  • Drive pattern generation, troubleshooting, and test coverage optimization.
  • Design and implement innovative tests and proactively identify and close coverage gaps.
  • Manage manufacturing test operations and tackle quality challenges alongside Tier-1 OSATs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, production, characterization, and test engineering
  • Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8)
  • Highly skilled in writing code in C, C++, Java, 93k test methods, PERL, and Python
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT insertion techniques, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, PVT and SerDes
  • Experience with yield improvement and test time reduction activities
  • Strong teamwork & collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem solving & effective conflict resolution skills
