Requirements

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple countries or regions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading recruiting for Sales and/or Marketing functions in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing multi-country recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Proven experience managing and developing distributed recruiting teams.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform strategy, prioritisation, and operational improvement.
