About the role
- Lead a group of high-performing talent professionals in the APJC Sales region.
- Establish trust with Sales leaders and coach them in building and strengthening their teams.
- Champion innovation in talent identification and engagement.
- Leverage emerging technologies to evolve sourcing strategies and enhance the hiring experience.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple countries or regions.
- 10+ years of experience leading recruiting for Sales and/or Marketing functions in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing multi-country recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Proven experience managing and developing distributed recruiting teams.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform strategy, prioritisation, and operational improvement.
