About the role
- Accountable for improving the efficiency of direct and indirect marketing campaigns and programs
- Design, implement and execute marketing strategy for the Canada theater
- Collaborate with members of the Canada Sales leadership team and the Americas Marketing leadership team
- Lead a team through the transformation Cisco is driving and manage the marketing operating model
- Work to bring channel partners for greater collaboration
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B Marketing and Sales leadership experience, preferably in tech
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in French preferred
- Proven track record of accomplishment in creating and leading sustainable high-performance teams
- Significant experience in marketing through multiple go-to-market channels
