About the role

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues around data ingestion at large scale and in complex network environments
  • Propose and implement solutions and enhancements to make the product more resilient
  • Review and guide the design and development of new features
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Mentor junior developers and raise the competency bar of the team
  • Suggest improvements to CICD and test coverage optimization
  • Define the long-term technological vision and roadmap for the products working in partnership with product management and other leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in building highly performant, distributed systems handling large volumes of data using C++
  • Experience leading troubleshooting of complex problems
  • Proficient in Linux OS and Windows
  • Experience developing systems that meet product security requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 6 years of related experience
