About the role
- Conduct complex risk assessments of insured properties and operations
- Identify potential risk exposures and formulate strategic recommendations to mitigate risks
- Analyze loss data to identify trends and implement tailored loss prevention programs
- Provide advanced technical guidance and conduct training for clients on safety practices and compliance
- Deliver joint marketing presentations in collaboration with underwriting, claims, and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or a related field
- Completion of or progress toward professional designations preferred (CSP, ARM, CFPS, CSHMS, ALCM, OHST)
- Advanced analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of company policies and industry laws and regulations
