About the role
- Analyzes business issues and defines requirements to design IT solutions
- Collaborates with program manager, project manager and/or project teams to gather information
- Participates in developing and implementing automated system protocols
- Develops workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities
- May create end-user documentation and participate in delivering training
- May monitor project milestones, phases, and elements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Generally, a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications required
- Experience configuring and using application software in a business setting
- Exhibits business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs
- May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team
- Exhibits analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
