• You'll be on-site at automotive dealerships 3 weeks a month, working directly with Owners, GMs, Service Directors, and frontline staff.
• Identify profit leaks and implement real solutions
• Train service advisors in high-level selling strategies that actually work
• Coach managers on leadership, accountability, and how to build a culture worth keeping
• Drive KPI comprehension and hold teams to results
• Deliver a mix of on-site and virtual coaching depending on client needs
