About the role
- Providing general support across HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement programs, and special projects as needed.
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, data updates, status changes, and documentation.
- Assisting with including identifying potential talent through job boards, online platforms, and resume databases, and helping maintain organized pipelines for active roles.
- Helping prepare and distribute HR communications, resources, and employee-facing materials.
- Contributing to HR operations and administration, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting compliance activities.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee events.
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, programs, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field**.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
