About the role

  • Provide technical support to clients facing technical or functional issues
  • Prioritize requests and prepare an intervention report for the client
  • Perform remote interventions for monitoring, assistance, configuration, and customization of our software
  • Identify, document and report any bugs and verify their resolution

Requirements

  • Technical education in IT (degree or relevant vocational training)
  • Proven initial experience in technical support at a software vendor
  • Experience providing technical support for ERP software
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Attention to detail, autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of public-sector finance is a plus
