About the role
- Provide technical support to clients facing technical or functional issues
- Prioritize requests and prepare an intervention report for the client
- Perform remote interventions for monitoring, assistance, configuration, and customization of our software
- Identify, document and report any bugs and verify their resolution
Requirements
- Technical education in IT (degree or relevant vocational training)
- Proven initial experience in technical support at a software vendor
- Experience providing technical support for ERP software
- Proficient in SQL
- Attention to detail, autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of public-sector finance is a plus
