About the role
- Support clients in optimizing their use of HR solutions
- Deliver consulting services, training, implementation, and support
- Analyze HR business processes and formalize business rules
- Conduct audits and present audit reports
- Manage the phases of consulting engagements
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience using HR tools within local government/territorial authorities or in a similar role at a software vendor
- Strong expertise in HR practices within the public sector
- Ability to lead meetings and produce clear deliverables
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong client-service orientation
- Proficiency with Payroll, GPEC (workforce planning and skills management), and Employee Administrative Record modules
- Knowledge of Career, Absence, and Training modules would be an asset
