About the role
- Plan, manage, develop, and implement promotion and education initiatives
- Lead the development of marketing research and materials
- Build out personas through marketing and resident research
- Manage residential advertising campaigns
- Review and refine marketing materials and programs
- Develop and oversee high-quality written communication materials
Requirements
- Completely fluent in both English and French (oral and written)
- 8+ years of progressive job-related experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Manager
- Demonstrated experience with marketing communications tools and protocols
- Experience supporting public or government affairs initiatives
- Knowledge of effective communications, public affairs, marketing, and stakeholder relations
