About the role

  • Build long-term relationships with your client base and create value in all interactions
  • Identify and qualify customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities and independently conduct product demos
  • Identify customer issues, advise on escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn
  • Manage customer contract renewals, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing
  • Track customer issues and needs and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS)
  • Contribute significantly to the ongoing development of our products and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing

Requirements

  • You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, for example as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in Customer Success
  • You are an active listener with strong empathy skills that enable you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers
  • You are excited to help customers from a wide range of companies and industries get the most out of Circula’s products
  • You are willing to question existing processes and bring new ideas to optimize the account management process
  • Communication is your passion. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (C2 level) and English
