About the role
- Prospect into target accounts in industrial and manufacturing verticals using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospective customers and partners
- Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and craft compelling narratives around Circuit's platform
- Manage pipeline activities and maintain accurate data in Attio and the GTM tech stack
- Represent Circuit at industry tradeshows and events, engaging prospects in person and sourcing new pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outbound messaging
- Share market and customer feedback with GTM and product teams to sharpen our ICP and positioning
- Help build and refine scripts, cadences, and the SDR playbook as we scale
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient in the face of rejection
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce (or eagerness to learn quickly)
- Bonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, industrial/manufacturing, or a startup environment
