Software Engineer

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Engineering Managers (Electrical, Mechanical, and Software)
• Direct R&D initiatives to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that enhance product performance
• Manage all phases of product development from concept through release, ensuring quality, compliance, and manufacturability
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to ensure smooth transfer of designs to production
• Develop and manage engineering budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
