About the role
- Close $20K-$100K ACV new business deals by managing prospects from trial through contract signature.
- Execute expansion opportunities by managing a book of existing customers after you’ve sold previously.
- Run discovery conversations that uncover customer needs, challenges, and success criteria.
- Deliver customized demos that showcase Circle's value proposition for diverse use cases across creators, brands, and enterprises.
- Navigate complex buying processes, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI models for executive stakeholders.
- Develop mutual evaluation plans and success criteria with prospects.
- Stay current on product releases and understand how customers leverage new features (it's changing daily).
- Educate yourself by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from teammates.
- Go above and beyond your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.
- Contribute your expertise to evolve our sales methodology and playbooks.
- Share wins, losses, and learnings openly to help the entire team improve.
- Jump in to help teammates when they need support, even when you're crushing your own number.
- Bring your voice to the table—your experience will help refine our sales processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with $30K-$50K ACV deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and ranking as a top performer
- Consultative selling expertise with ability to conduct deep discovery and build value-based business cases
- Proficiency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading)
- Strong alignment with Circle's values
