About the role

  • Partner with internal functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-friction processes and high-value opportunities to redesign how work gets done using AI
  • Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate agent workflows that drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, or efficiency
  • Build trust with non-technical stakeholders through clear communication, demos, and practical enablement
  • Design and maintain evaluation and feedback loops to assess quality, reliability, and safety
  • Capture what works and turn it into reusable patterns, playbooks, templates, and internal tooling
  • Surface insights from field work to inform broader AI strategy, product direction, and organizational design
  • Model strong engineering hygiene: documentation, versioning, monitoring, and continuous iteration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong software fundamentals and ability to ship production-quality code
  • Experience with LLM tooling or agent frameworks
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and defining the problem as you go
  • Clear, empathetic communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow-through.
