About the role

  • Report to the Director, Field Marketing.
  • Work cross-functionally with Circle’s Business Team, Product team, and Executive Leadership team.
  • Develop and execute Circle’s global event strategy for the Arc blockchain community.
  • Manage the day-to-day of our events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate value through events, establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to develop reporting and analytics on the events business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B field or events marketing or related experience.
  • Experience managing and executing event strategies with the purpose of demand generation.
  • Flexibility with change and comfortability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a Sales/Business Development team.
  • Strong Campaign project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business development functions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and written and oral presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of marketing to an enterprise audience.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce (or comparable CRM tools).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
