About the role
- Report to the Director, Field Marketing.
- Work cross-functionally with Circle’s Business Team, Product team, and Executive Leadership team.
- Develop and execute Circle’s global event strategy for the Arc blockchain community.
- Manage the day-to-day of our events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate value through events, establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to develop reporting and analytics on the events business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B field or events marketing or related experience.
- Experience managing and executing event strategies with the purpose of demand generation.
- Flexibility with change and comfortability in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a Sales/Business Development team.
- Strong Campaign project management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B business development functions and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and written and oral presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience of marketing to an enterprise audience.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce (or comparable CRM tools).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
