About the role

  • Manage a team of site reliability engineers
  • Oversee reliability and performance of Arc blockchain
  • Act as the primary Incident Commander during critical events
  • Drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within the observability stack
  • Oversee the architecture of cloud infrastructure

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience running a validator and running an RPC Node
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems operations
  • Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python
  • Experience managing infrastructure for L1 chains or EVM-based networks
  • Deep understanding of public cloud (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes
