About the role

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new fleet customers and growing fuel volume.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and convert high-potential fleet prospects.
  • Actively prospect in the field, visiting store sites, and networking locally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Circle K Fuel and Field Operations teams to identify local opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to close high-value opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain sales records.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in fleet, fuel, transportation, or related industries.
  • Entrepreneur mentality.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%).
