About the role
- Act as the lead performance marketing manager for all performance-led projects and campaigns.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Circle K’s European Markets.
- Lead performance marketing for B2B, B2C Loyalty, Search and other EU-wide projects.
- Collaborate with local market specialists and commercial teams to adapt and localize performance improvements.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in working with martech tools such as DMP.
- Knowledge and experience working with Dynamic Creative Optimization.
- Experience in B2B marketing is considered as an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, additional local languages relevant to European market will be considered as an advantage.
