About the role

  • Define the long-term vision, guiding principles, and operating framework that aligns with Circana’s mission, delivering a highly effective quality management system
  • Lead change management efforts associated with new system, processes, capabilities, and tools to drive adoption and sustained impact
  • Lay the groundwork for acquiring and maintaining ISO certifications
  • Lead root cause, corrective action and systemic fixes
  • Prioritize enhancements and drive continuous improvement through data and root-cause analysis, continuously setting new goals for improved quality and reduced human intervention across the process stream
  • Partner with Technology teams to optimize and evolve the quality ecosystem
  • Act as a senior advocate for quality management, leveraging all opportunities and interaction to challenge appropriately and embed a quality mindset
  • Lead, develop and mentor a small quality team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive responsible experience in Quality Management
  • American Society of Quality certification is a plus
  • Proven experience leading quality transformations
  • Quality Improvement Associate certification preferred
  • Strong background in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems with proven results
  • Hands-on experience with technology-enabled quality management, leading the vision and implementation of tech-enabled automation and quality enhancements
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Executive presence with strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to engage in execution details
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
