About the role

  • Define the long-term vision, guiding principles, and operating framework that aligns with Circana’s mission, delivering a highly effective quality management system.
  • Lead change management efforts associated with new system, processes, capabilities, and tools to drive adoption and sustained impact.
  • Lay the groundwork for acquiring and maintaining ISO certifications.
  • Lead root cause, corrective action and systemic fixes; prioritize enhancements and drive continuous improvement through data and root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with Technology teams to optimize and evolve the quality ecosystem.
  • Act as a senior advocate for quality management, leveraging all opportunities and interaction to challenge appropriately and embed a quality mindset.
  • Lead, develop and mentor a small quality team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive responsible experience in Quality Management.
  • American Society of Quality certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading quality transformations.
  • Quality Improvement Associate certification preferred.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems with proven results.
  • Hands-on experience with technology-enabled quality management, leading the vision and implementation of tech-enabled automation and quality enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Executive presence with strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to engage in execution details.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
