About the role

  • The Director of Store Audit is responsible for driving growth, client satisfaction, and best-in-class delivery of in-store audit solutions.
  • Lead enterprise-level and transformational strategies that ensure Store Audit capabilities are a core Circana growth engine.
  • Execute strategic selling and adoption of Store Audit capabilities.
  • Ensure client success through engagement, insights support, and consultative guidance.
  • Influence and shape the roadmap and evolution of Store Audit offerings based on client needs and market signals.
  • Govern operational excellence and cross-functional coordination for audit programs.
  • Represent Store Audit as a thought leader in internal and external forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Retail/Consumer Insights, or related field is required
  • 12-18 years of experience in analytics, CPG/retail insights, consulting, category management, or commercial roles
  • Proven experience influencing or leading enterprise-level initiatives and senior executive stakeholders
  • Background in retail execution, in-store measurement, merchandising, or field operations; experience with audit-based methodologies or field data collection; familiarity with POS, panel, or supply-chain datasets is preferred
