About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for client projects.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and reporting needs.
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary global teams across different time zones and locations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and key milestones for each phase of the project.
  • Identify and manage risks related to project delivery.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, global teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, risks, and any client or team updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in business, technology or related field.
  • Prior experience in a VP/Director/Executive-level client-facing consulting role
  • Proven revenue/resourcing/budget ownership at scale
  • 8+ years in a program management role, with preference for consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale data integration and technology implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Proven experience utilizing consulting methodologies to problem solve and deliver projects.
  • Exceptional professionalism and executive presence in client facing communications.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Customer analytics platforms.
