About the role
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with team members and contractors, including those working remotely, to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Become the SME of the area of business you are responsible for and upskill team members
- Document data sources, methodologies, and analysis results
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative, contributing data analysis expertise to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations
- Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI - experience with Unify is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
