- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships
- Translate complex POS and consumer data into actionable insights
- Create and deliver insights presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions
- Stay current on trends in retail and beauty
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Leverage proprietary platforms for insight delivery
- Support individual and team revenue goals
- Own day-to-day client delivery with autonomy
- Provide client feedback to help refine offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using data and analysis to drive client value
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, or NielsenIQ
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to build trust across teams
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in or exposure to the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry
