About the role
- Collaborate closely with field managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage recruitment, while developing recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
- Utilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Own the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR.
- Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy.
- Keep data integrity top of mind and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always updated.
- Lead and/or take part in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers.
- Excellent project management skills (i.e., critical thinker, manages expectations, follows timeline, communicates progress effectively, etc.).
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
