💰 $80,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Work in small teams of 3 – 5 consultants
- Demonstrate creativity in thought, problem solving and conceptual skills
- Structure analysis and research, gather and analyze information
- Formulate and test hypotheses, develop and communicate recommendations
- Present results to client management
- Participate in training and mentoring from colleagues
- Collaborate across time zones using digital tools
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree (preferably in business, marketing, consumer insights, statistics, or economics)
- Less than 4 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs
- Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours
- Excellent organization capabilities
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data
- Exceptional time management in complex environments
- Ability to travel occasionally (typically less than 10%)
