About the role
- serve as the primary day-to-day client partner for two key Beauty clients
- take full ownership of client delivery work
- analyze and synthesize point-of-sale (POS) sales, Consumer Panel, and market data
- translate data into clear, actionable insights
- plan, organize, and lead recurring client interactions
- partner closely with teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- deliver a consistently strong client experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market research or client service roles
- hands-on exposure to consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated data
- experience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail strongly preferred
- experience with syndicated data platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
- proven ability to independently manage multiple client deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
