Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
Apply best practices in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Drive stakeholder communication and engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize standardized tools and templates to ensure consistency and compliance with PMO governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of deliverables and achievement of business objectives.
Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Five or more years of software-oriented project management experience in Financial services, Software company, Market research supplier
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Advanced degree a plus)
PMP certification (preferred)
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies
Expert user of cloud-based project management applications
Experience managing complex interdisciplinary global programs
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
