Define standards, workflows, and documentation for each service offering.
Develop and implement automated processes to deliver services outlined in the catalog
Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
Capture and analyze reports to measure impact and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions
Drive continuous optimization of automation processes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Build out “best in class” suite for new clients

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in process automation, service delivery, or operations management.
Proven results in leading high-potential teams and driving team building and transformation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, workflow design, and process optimization.
Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in service delivery (not necessarily deep technical AI skills).
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, workflow orchestration tools).
Background in service catalog development or IT service management.
