About the role

  • Co-lead work to accelerate Global Client Service Center AI/Automation efforts
  • Design and deploy standardized processes and procedures
  • Understand, use, and communicate new technology capabilities and train others
  • Drive creative techniques, tools, and processes to improve all aspects of team performance
  • Independently lead and own execution aspects of expanding GCSC client support base
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against AI/automation and quality initiatives
  • Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with all Circana business units
  • Develop and own process migration plans between systems and processes
  • Identify areas of improvement and prioritize based on company and/or client impact
  • Ensure compliance with standard operational procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and communicate status reports to update and measure performance internally
  • Train and mentor team members outside of your direct reporting structure

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business or STEM related field
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve and/or automate deliverables or processes
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various computer software, including MS Co-pilot and Excel
  • Confident working with large datasets and translating analysis into relevant implications
  • Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
  • Working knowledge of Unify Checkout application and Circana user-group architecture a plus
  • Experience with retail and/or CPG is a plus
