About the role

  • serve as a trusted advisor to strategic clients
  • shape advanced measurement strategies that drive business impact
  • partner with senior stakeholders and data science teams
  • translate complex business questions into actionable learning agendas
  • influence Circana’s measurement vision and innovation roadmap
  • own direct revenue for Measurement solutions
  • develop end-to-end measurement strategies across IFO, Lift, MMM, MTA, and emerging methodologies
  • translate strategic objectives into action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing measurement, analytics, or consulting
  • Expertise in measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, Lift, IFO) and advanced analytics
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
  • Proven track record of owning targets and delivering to plan
  • Experience developing end-to-end measurement programs that solve for complex client challenges & objectives
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, renewals, and solution penetration growth
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product innovation
  • Demonstrated success in thought leadership through executive-level client interactions.
