About the role

  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Develop full-funnel performance media strategies that align with CiraSync’s growth goals and partner-focused GTM motion.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to fuel campaign success.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, bid strategy refinement, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Build and present performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Supermetrics, and GA4.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Proven success scaling paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads — with bonus points for Reddit and Meta.
  • Strong grasp of conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, pixels) and campaign optimization principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite tools and enterprise-level campaign reporting.
  • Active certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4.
