About the role
- Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products
- Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs
- Creating high-quality design artifacts
- Translating complex systems into UI concepts
- Conducting user tests with customers to validate design solutions
- Documenting design thinking and communicating effectively to product teams
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Partnering with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design
