About the role

  • Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products
  • Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs
  • Ideating on strategic design solutions with other members of the Product Design team
  • Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, and storyboards
  • Translating complex systems into tangible UI concepts and demonstrating through strong storytelling
  • Documenting design thinking, findings, and proposals and communicating effectively
  • Applying and contributing to our shared design system
  • Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team
  • Partnering with engineering teams to deliver user-centered design solutions to market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role
  • Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
  • Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
