About the role
- Structure and consolidate performance indicators (KPIs) for all People & Management subsystems (recruitment, training, development, compensation, climate, health and safety, among others);
- Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity, timeliness and consistency;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of indicators, identifying deviations, trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and automate dashboards and management reports using analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel or similar);
- Process, analyze and distribute data in an organized manner to different internal stakeholders;
- Ensure standardization and governance of databases and indicator calculation methodologies;
- Support the People & Management strategic planning process by providing inputs and analyses for executive meetings;
- Collaborate with other HR areas and the technology team to improve systems and information flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience in data analysis and management of HR indicators, preferably in industrial environments or the automotive parts sector;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar analytical tools;
- Strong ability to process and manage large volumes of data;
- Experience with different data collection and organization methods;
- Good communication skills, resilience and emotional intelligence;
- Preferred: previous experience in the automotive aftermarket;
- Knowledge of SAP.
