Account Manager

• Receive and input client orders into internal project management system
• Request source assets from clients via email or via client systems
• Maintain production schedule based on client needs, due dates, and SLA
• Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure deadlines and client specifications are met
• Verify ingested assets meet minimum requirements and reject if they do not
• Ingest inbound source files to internal production servers
• Maintain asset repositories to ensure proper cataloging and archival of assets
• Provide daily updates on project statuses to local and overseas Account Management teams

Account Coordinator – On-Call Temp

Accountant

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Liaise with customers across various revenue streams to send invoices and follow-ups.
• Responsible for an account with expertise in Accounts Receivable, accruals & recons.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure appropriate revenue recognition, accrual, and amortization of expenses.
• Perform account analysis and complex reconciliations.
• Independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Support variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
• Active involvement in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
• Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Senior Accountant

Collections

• Oversee the end-to-end credit and collections process, including evaluating customer creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, and monitoring risk exposure. Apply sound judgment to balance growth objectives with financial risk.
• Manage collections activities to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and minimize delinquent accounts. Handle escalations and complex customer situations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding credit and collections matters, including direct outreach to discuss past-due balances, billing concerns, and the negotiation of payment plans or other resolution strategies, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Maintain oversight of receivables operations, including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and dispute management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across transactions.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on AR aging, collections performance, credit exposure, and bad debt trends. Provide insight into risks and recommend actions to improve overall cash flow.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Legal to resolve billing issues, support customer relationships, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Support the development of credit and collections processes and team structure as the function evolves. Ensure activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and workflows within NetSuite and related tools, including Coupa where applicable.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support financial evaluation of M&A, partnerships, and new ventures through detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain pro-forma P&Ls and synergy models, quantifying revenue uplift and cost savings from acquisitions or integrations.
• Prepare ROI, IRR, and NPV analyses for content investments, greenlights, and slate decisions across Theatrical and Digital pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key business segments — Streaming & Distribution, Theatrical, Podcast & Other, Technology, and new Emerging Business to validate deal assumptions and assess risk/reward outcomes.
• Support integration planning, helping to align newly acquired entities into Cineverse’s financial framework and reporting cadence.
• Partner with the CFO and VP of FP&A to prepare materials for Board and executive review — including investment decks, synergy updates, and sensitivity summaries.
• Develop and refine dashboards that track performance of acquired or JV businesses, ensuring accountability to projected metrics and ROI targets.
• Participate in strategic initiatives such as vendor rationalization, infrastructure optimization, gross margin and capital efficiency analysis.
• Support investor relations and capital strategy efforts by crafting financial narratives and maintaining data consistency across management reports and external presentations.
