Account Manager

• Own the successful execution of client orders from receipt through final delivery and billing.
• Act as the single point of accountability to the client for schedule, status, and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary contact for new and active orders from major studios and EST/VOD partners.
• Be responsible for on-time delivery performance and escalate early and often when risks to deadlines arise.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to clients regarding progress, open issues, risks, and recovery plans.
• Track order progress, confirm asset readiness, and actively drive workflows through internal systems.
• Own rejection management, including reviewing failures, communicating impact, and driving rapid resolution.
• Submit, track, and drive internal and external support tickets required to resolve rejections or delivery blockers.
• Ensure root causes are identified, corrective actions are assigned, and redeliveries occur as quickly as possible.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Conformance, QC, Operations, and Technical groups to meet client commitments.
• Establish and maintain realistic timelines and push teams to meet agreed milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and visibility for all assigned titles.
• Prioritize work based on delivery deadlines, go-live requirements, and business impact.
• Ensure all work adheres to company security policies and protect entrusted information assets.

Account Manager, Major Studios, VOD Platforms

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client orders from receipt through QC clearance, delivery readiness, and billing.
• Act as the single point of accountability to studio and production partners for status, schedules, and outcomes.
• Ensure all titles remain on track to meet deadlines; escalate early with recovery plans when risks arise.
• Build strong, trusted working relationships with studio stakeholders, production teams, and internal departments.
• Understand and apply Master QC expectations across technical, editorial, and metadata components.
• Provide clear, proactive reporting on progress, open defects, risks, and resubmission strategies.
• Monitor asset readiness and actively drive movement of titles through internal systems.
• Own rejection management from notification through successful redelivery.
• Submit, track, and push tickets with internal teams, vendors, or technology partners to remove blockers and resolve failures.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Conformance, QC, Operations, and Technical groups.
• Establish realistic milestones and hold teams accountable to them.
• Maintain accurate documentation and visibility across all assigned projects.

Account Manager, Master QC

Accounts Payable

• Input invoices and payment requests into NetSuite (required) for multiple entities.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct general ledger accounts.
• Maintain and update vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review expense reports and receipts for appropriate authorization and adherence to T&E policies.
• Maintain tax documentation (e.g., W‑9s) for all relevant vendors.
• Organize and save invoice support documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Handle vendor calls, emails, and inquiries; research and resolve invoice/payment disputes.
• Conduct vendor outreach to ensure the completeness of accruals for unbilled invoices.
• Prepare AP-related reconciliations and roll-forward schedules.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audits by providing documentation and responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and the US, including Accounting, Procurement, and FP&A.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows.
• Support AP system enhancements, including NetSuite modules and workflows.
• Follow up diligently on tasks, including those performed by other accounting team members.
