About the role
- Provide architectural guidance to existing and prospective customers on Cinemo’s products and technical capabilities
- Translate customer use cases into product features and anticipate technical needs
- Support integration of Cinemo solutions into customer products and ensure smooth technical adoption
- Build proofs of concept, prepare technical documentation, and deliver product demos to customers and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Project Management, and Engineering teams
- Contribute to RFI/RFQ responses and support preparation and negotiation of statements of work to help win business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of software engineering processes and complex technical systems
- Very good knowledge of C/C++ and working knowledge of Java/Kotlin
- Self-motivated and proactive in reaching out to customers and partners, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Very strong written and spoken Japanese and English communication skills
