About the role

  • Support monitoring the HR area budget, including entries, updates, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in consolidating financial information for accounting and projections.
  • Provide support in interfacing with other departments to align data and clarify information.
  • Assist in preparing management and operational reports with training data, HR indicators, and budget information.
  • Update dashboards and control spreadsheets with relevant information for the department.
  • Support data collection and organization for presentations and meetings.
  • Assist with training logistics (communications, attendance tracking, materials, certificates).
  • Support management of the training platform (adding courses, tracking learning paths, providing user support).
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve development processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
