About the role
- Support Senior Project Manager in delivering a large-scale Warehouse Management Transformation Program.
- Coordinate daily project activities and follow-up actions alongside the Project Manager.
- Support scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Maintain and update project dashboards, trackers, and logs (issues, risks, decisions).
- Assist with cross-functional coordination between internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure program documentation is properly recorded and accessible.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to keep the program on track.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with JIRA (preferred) and other project management tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT or business transformation programs (supply chain or warehouse-related projects a plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with majority of time spent on-site in Jacksonville, FL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
