Content Marketing Manager

• Lead the Adoption Consulting, Client Documentation, and Instructional Design teams
• Manage and develop the managers of three teams, including accountability for output, quality, and staff development
• Set headcount, hiring, and performance management strategy across all three functions
• Build a unified operating rhythm so documentation, training content, and adoption playbooks stay aligned
• Own client adoption strategy across the CINC ecosystem and define successful adoption by client segment
• Build repeatable adoption programs during and after onboarding
• Partner with Client Success and Support to identify adoption gaps and deploy targeted consulting engagements
• Establish onboarding adoption health metrics and reporting, using data to prioritize content and consulting efforts
• Set standards and governance for the knowledge base, help center, release notes, and in-product documentation
• Ensure documentation keeps pace with the product roadmap and that no capability ships undocumented
• Oversee content quality, findability, consistency, voice, and terminology standards
• Direct onboarding curricula, certification programs, webinars, and self-serve learning paths via CINC Circle
• Ensure training follows adult-learning best practices and supports measurable adoption and behavior change
• Evaluate and evolve the training delivery technology stack
• Enable Client Operations to create playbooks, product training, and reference materials
• Identify internal knowledge gaps and close them through targeted training or documentation
• Build feedback loops across Client Success, Support, Implementation, Adoption Consulting, Documentation, and Instructional Design
• Represent the client voice in product planning and surface adoption friction and documentation gaps
• Partner with Marketing on client communications, product launches, and voice/tone consistency
• Report team performance, adoption metrics, and content health to senior leadership
