About the role

  • Perform sales activities in accordance with the company methodology, prospecting new clients and responding to incoming leads, delivering presentations and closing deals to achieve the commercial department's targets.
  • Learn the company’s products technically and conceptually in order to present them efficiently and effectively;
  • Follow the daily schedule to meet client expectations;
  • Prepare proposals and commercial quotes according to client needs;
  • Study the market and your client portfolio to tailor CIGAM solutions to their needs;
  • Negotiate with clients with the objective of securing orders within commercial policies;
  • Prospect new business opportunities;
  • Respond to and forward all client requests;
  • Request technical resource scheduling from the responsible department to support the pre-sales process;
  • Conduct post-sales follow-up to maintain good relationships with clients in your portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must reside in São Paulo, SP
  • Essential: experience selling ERP systems;
  • Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook);
  • Experience in client relationship management;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, customer service and customer satisfaction;
  • Understanding of business management and business rules;
  • Experience in the commercial side of IT services, preferably in the sale of software and services;
  • Conceptual knowledge of how management/ERP software available on the market works;
