About the role
- Perform sales activities in accordance with the company methodology, prospecting new clients and responding to incoming leads, delivering presentations and closing deals to achieve the commercial department's targets.
- Learn the company’s products technically and conceptually in order to present them efficiently and effectively;
- Follow the daily schedule to meet client expectations;
- Prepare proposals and commercial quotes according to client needs;
- Study the market and your client portfolio to tailor CIGAM solutions to their needs;
- Negotiate with clients with the objective of securing orders within commercial policies;
- Prospect new business opportunities;
- Respond to and forward all client requests;
- Request technical resource scheduling from the responsible department to support the pre-sales process;
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to maintain good relationships with clients in your portfolio.
Requirements
- Must reside in São Paulo, SP
- Essential: experience selling ERP systems;
- Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook);
- Experience in client relationship management;
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, customer service and customer satisfaction;
- Understanding of business management and business rules;
- Experience in the commercial side of IT services, preferably in the sale of software and services;
- Conceptual knowledge of how management/ERP software available on the market works;
