Support Engineer

• Atender e analisar solicitações de clientes relacionadas aos módulos de **BI e Controladoria do ERP CIGAM**
• Investigar cenários e inconsistências de informação por meio de **análise de dados, consultas SQL e entendimento das regras de negócio**
• Apoiar clientes na interpretação de indicadores, relatórios e análises gerenciais
• Orientar clientes quanto ao melhor uso das funcionalidades do sistema e boas práticas de gestão
• Identificar causas raiz de problemas relacionados a dados, processos ou parametrizações do sistema
• Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de **Produto e Consultoria** na análise de demandas e evolução do ERP
• Contribuir com **sugestões de melhorias no produto**, com base em demandas e cenários observados nos clientes
• Compartilhar conhecimento com as equipes internas (Suporte, Implementação e Produto) sobre cenários relevantes identificados nos atendimentos

• Support the sales team with their needs;
• Conduct client prospecting (via telemarketing, market research, satisfaction surveys, toll-free line (0800), and web);
• Receive and handle emails from leads and the sales department's inbox;
• Distribute leads according to the sales-rep distribution rules;
• Manage referrals of new clients from internal and external communities, providing appropriate follow-up;
• Monitor the "client reservation" status to keep reserved those who have negotiation potential;
• Track the progress of negotiations with reserved clients using the CRM;
• Register clients in the system and keep their information up to date;

• Act as a desktop systems developer using C#.
• Understand the functional solution and programming logic to code implementations and system changes quickly and with quality, ensuring robust and innovative solutions that meet market and client expectations.
• Analyze requirements gathering and system analysis to understand what must be done, following the best programming strategy as defined by the Business Analyst and Systems Analyst, respectively;
• Test the functionality of programs involved in system changes;
• Adhere to the development schedule;
• Interpret process flowcharts;
• Support and/or deliver virtual and/or in-person training for CIGAM Network partners and internal teams;
