About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve customers and partners to clarify specific questions and to provide contingency measures or solutions in the operation of the CIGAM ERP, ensuring their satisfaction through relationship management and agile, effective support, aligned with company policies and overall planning.
- Handle and resolve user tickets, identifying the main impediments to the proper functioning of the CIGAM ERP.
- Receive and address support requests, focusing on resolving the customer’s issue and advising on the best use of the CIGAM ERP system.
- Forward support tickets to the appropriate teams whenever the solution depends on another department or area.
- Support planning, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities for the CIGAM ERP.
- Create technical content and support the dissemination of best practices.
- Contribute suggestions for system improvements and identify opportunities with customers and partners.
- Support and/or deliver training: in virtual environments; and in-person for internal teams, customers, and partners of the CIGAM Network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in progress or completed: Production Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Previous experience with management software or an IT company, with a focus on PCP (Production Planning and Control).
- Experience in customer service.
- Technical/conceptual knowledge of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of business management (PCP, materials, and purchasing).
- Knowledge of quality, customer relations, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook).
- Verbal and written proficiency in Portuguese.
