• Develop engaging courses and new learning products to help shape the organisation's learning strategy.
• Design and deliver innovative, high-impact counter fraud learning programmes that equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills to stay ahead of evolving threats.
• Provide day-to-day training as a lead trainer for Cifas.
• Maintain and develop own professional knowledge in counter fraud related activities.
• Ensure scheduling and operations work effectively with the Head of Learning and Business Manager.
• Proactively identify opportunities to build Cifas Academy’s capabilities.
• Undertake in-depth analysis and research to support development of training material and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to services and processes.

Counter Fraud Training Officer

Chief Marketing Officer

• Campaign Development & Execution, developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Cifas’ products, learning, and events to new and existing members and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
• Social Media & Digital Innovation, leading LinkedIn marketing strategy, to build repeatable content themes and measurable outcomes as well as monitoring and optimising campaigns using social media management tools
• Stakeholder & Sector Growth, working with our Business Development and Product Innovation teams to identify and target new membership growth, building key audiences in new strategic sectors, and representing Cifas at industry events, webinars, and forums.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement, analysing campaign performance using CRM and social media analytics, providing insights to refine strategies, reporting on ROI, engagement metrics, and lead quality.
• Brand & Content Alignment, working with the Cifas Comms function to ensure all marketing assets (digital, print, events) align with Cifas’ tone of voice, brand values, and compliance standards.

Marketing Executive – 6 month FTC

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build and maintain reusable and reliable code individually and as part of the wider team.
• Ensure that designs and development are in line with quality standards.
• Implement and maintain automated testing, including unit, integration and end to end tests, to ensure high quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and fix bugs in software.
• Mentor the Software Engineers to develop skills.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines under supervision of the Principal Software Engineer.
• Update and maintain the Azure infrastructure under the supervision of the Principal Software Engineer.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology and industry best practice, including security coding practices.
• Be responsible for embedding security throughout the SDLC.
• Undertake peer reviews and work collaboratively across the team, including providing advice and guidance to the Software Engineers, to ensure high quality standards.
• Provide technical support for Production systems, including out of hours support.
