Product Manager

• Advocating for JustMe as the proactive solution to identity fraud, driving industry adoption and positioning it as the standard for consumer protection.
• Defining and owning the JustMe product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Cifas’ mission to eradicate identity fraud.
• Overseeing the product lifecycle, acting as Product Owner for Agile sprints, and ensuring robust, real-time, and user-centric features.
• Developing and leading go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and communications, focusing on early adopter engagement and industry-wide integration.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders—including financial service providers, technology teams, and consumer advocacy groups—to drive integration and adoption.
• Collecting, prioritising, and maintaining visibility of product and market requirements, ensuring JustMe remains at the forefront of fraud prevention innovation.
• Being the recognised expert on JustMe, the identity fraud landscape, and the competitive environment. Promoting the product internally and externally through training, webinars, and creative channels.
• Monitoring, reporting, and improving product performance and satisfaction, leveraging feedback from users, members, and partners.
• Leading market and competitor research to ensure JustMe’s continued relevance and effectiveness.
• Representing the voice of the customer, ensuring JustMe delivers peace of mind, trust, and real-world impact.
• Upholding Cifas’ values, policies, and procedures, including data protection, equality, and diversity.
