About the role
- Delivering quality consulting and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Designing and building integrations to support projects and external clients.
- Configuration and testing across multiple platforms and systems (Paradox, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and third-party systems).
- Provide integration and technology consulting on cloud-based technology solutions, including integration build and testing.
- Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and technology solution, while promoting industry best practices.
- Deliver high quality technology outcomes and timely completion rates, while maintaining high client satisfaction on all engagements.
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
- Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business.
Requirements
- 2 years of technical integration experience across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with Paradox is required, familiarity and certification with Workday and other systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, along with formats like JSON and XML.
- Experience with either Workato or Jitterbit.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with Python being the most used in our environment.
- A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Web application build and deployment including manual builds and continuous integration.
- Client-facing experience supporting established technology integration and implementation methodology strongly preferred.
