About the role
- Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
- Update client records.
- Register internship program data, keeping the database up to date.
- Direct users to the relevant pages on the Portal according to requested services.
- Answer clients' questions about products and services.
- Provide service and register new clients.
- Assist in maintaining the database (client registration).
- Support technical promotion of products.
- Handle client inquiries by email, phone and WhatsApp regarding processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease using computerized systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle tasks that require focus.
- Must have at least one year remaining until graduation to be eligible for the internship.
- Must reside in the Federal District (DF).
