About the role
- Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion/publication of opportunities.
- Update client records.
- Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date.
- Direct users to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
- Clarify customer questions about products and services.
- Provide service and register new clients.
- Assist with maintaining the database (client registration).
- Schedule, modify, and terminate contracts.
- Provide customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require concentration.
- Must have at least one year remaining until graduation.
- Must reside in the Federal District (DF), Brazil.
