About the role
- Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
- Update client records;
- Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date;
- Guide users to the Portal pages according to the services requested;
- Handle inquiries and register new clients;
- Provide customer support via email, phone and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or technologist program in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in using computerized systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to handle tasks that require concentration;
- Must have a minimum of 1 year remaining before graduation.
